Returns & Exchanges

Every xoClementine piece is handmade in small batches, think of it as a little wearable work of art. Because of that, returns are limited.

  • Defective or damaged item? Contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

  • Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, you’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, since we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it.

Refunds

Because each xoClementine piece is handmade, we do not offer refunds except in the case of defective or damaged products. All other eligible returns will be issued as store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your store credit (or refund for defective items only) will be processed within a few business days.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept:

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Seasonal or limited-edition items marked “final sale”

  • Partial refunds or exchanges
